Day in the Life … Hayne visits Claremont

Day in the Life … Hayne visits Claremont

a day full of meetings…

Polli & Blanca road trip!

We have quite a few projects currently in Claremont California varying from feasibility studies to ones under construction, so you know what that means… a Field Trip! A couple of weeks ago we decided to stack as many meetings as possible and see what we could get done…

8:45 AM – Leave the office

Yikes! That looks like a long drive!

10 AM Meet with Claremont City Planners

As per L.A. usual, we ran into some traffic and were running late for our 10 a.m. meeting with the city planning staff to review the feasibility of a new project (mum’s the word)… Luckily they were flexible and were able to push our meeting back til 10:30.

After a very successful (we think) meeting, we headed to our next stop.

11 AM Field Verification Visit @ Claremont Club

Next up is some pre-design work to field measure an existing structure for a future remodel. Y’all know how much we love as-builts! Haha!

Let me just say that it was HOT that day, and we totally ran out of steam (pun intended) when we got to the equipment room… a good thing we are not proposing any work in there! Photo documentation it is!

1:30 PM Quick Site Visit @ The Old Clubhouse

While we were there, we swung by our Old Clubhouse project that is currently under construction and so close to being complete! We can’t wait to see the final details come together…

2 PM Lunch @ Aruffo’s

Thanks, Boss Man for the recommendation! Lunch was amazing!

3:15 PM Health Department Submittal

The final stop of the day is the Los Angeles Health Department in Baldwin Park for a Mobile Food Facility. Glad I remembered to bring my checkbook to pay for the submittal!!!

4:15 PM start the long drive back to the Office…

Should we stop for coffee??

One day + four projects = Successful day.
