Fun Facts
Working in Southern California, and being LEED certified brings up the question.. How many projects are LEED certified? Since our firm focuses mainly on residential projects, our question is more geared to single family homes. So let’s see what the data says.
The information is shown by state, so the information shown is for California. We can see in the Project Type section that is has single family attached and detached homes. Let’s hover over and see the amount for Single Family Detached homes.
Looks like for single family detached homes there aren’t that many LEED, but from the charts it looks like the number in increasing.
If LEED projects is something you are interested in then definitely check it out and help the number grow! Let us know your favorite projects or what you think about LEED!
