Let me introduce to our new project on the board: Clear Mountain Springs Spa!
This project will be a new Nordic spa at the Claremont Club to include an interior remodel of an existing exercise room and an addition of exterior cold and hot pools, sauna, relaxation, steam room and storage buildings as well as an open air pool equipment building.
The Client already has another successful Nordic spa in Carmel Valley, so to start this project we used the square footages at the Carmel facility to guide the sizes at the proposed Clear Mountain Springs.
Below is the site plan with the area of the proposed work outlined in red.
Below is the proposed pool deck and interior remodel space. The spa routine cycle is hot for a couple of minutes, cold plunge and then relaxation, then repeat! The site has been broken down into 4 different levels where you can process this cycle throughout each level. The interior remodel consists of offices, lockers, private changing rooms, massage rooms as well as a steam room, sauna and cold plunge.
Check out the exterior elevations of the different levels. I think it’s starting to come out nicely!
