After visiting the property and meeting with the client numerous times, the Hollywood Hills remodel is well on its way.  We explored a few design options, ranging from a minimal approach to a full second story and new basement addition.  In the end, capitalizing on that amazing rooftop view was a MUST!

Now that our client was happy(” Wow that looks great!)… it was time to see/understand the visual impacts the addition would cause for the surrounding neighbors.  Bring in the story poles!
