22 Jan New Year Goals: Monthly
Here@HAYNE we set goals #monthlygoals
Last week we talked about our weekly goals and so this week we move onto our monthly goals that we hope to set and continuously meet! Take a look below and the office monthly goals we came up with!
1. Project Status
Time can fly by and projects get very busy so a good habit to keep up with is review each project status at the end of the month. This could include reviewing emails or questions that need to be clarified by a detail or supplemental drawing. This could also include checking our contract and seeing what items we have fulfilled and what is still outstanding.
2. Project coordination
Project coordination is another good monthly task to do because this will help keep the project updated. We create a binder for each project that hold current and relevant project information. These are often taken to the job site meetings so it is important to keep them up to date with signed contracts, approved packages, drawing changes and meeting minutes.
3. Project Drawing Review
Oh so clean! To help keep things current in office it is a good idea to check the drawing packages that are out and make sure they are up to date and revisions have been picked up. This is important to that as the project progresses everyone is on the same page!
4. Office Supplies
Lastly on our list, office supplies! We have a log that we fill out when we are low any supplies with the item, date it was requested and quantity. Unless it needs to be ordered immediately, at the end of each month we should check the list and set an order and send to the Boss Man to approve and complete the order!
Thanks for checking out our monthly goals! These will help us stay on top of projects and our office items! Let us know what monthly goals you or your firm want to make!
