Comstock Studio, Malibu California

This project is a commercial tenant improvement of an existing freestanding structure along Malibu’s Pacific Coast Highway, transforming it into a contemporary design studio for a landscape architecture firm. The space is reimagined to offer a blend of functionality and modern style, featuring open studio areas, private offices, and presentation rooms. A striking metal barrel-vaulted ceiling spans the design studio space, adding industrial character and emphasizing the building’s architectural features, while ample windows maximize natural light to create an inspiring, collaborative environment.
