Originally built in 1988, this post-modern Malibu beachfront home was transformed by Hayne Architects into a contemporary, open-concept coastal retreat. The remodel emphasizes indoor-outdoor living, maximizing natural light and ocean views through expansive sliding glass doors that connect the main living areas to the beachfront terrace. A reconfigured floor plan replaces compartmentalized rooms with a flowing layout, enhancing sightlines and movement between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. A new rooftop deck offers a private escape with panoramic Pacific vistas.
Interiors by Nathan Turner draw on the natural coastal palette—soft blues, seafoam greens, and sandy neutrals—integrating linen-upholstered furnishings, handwoven rugs, and organic materials for serene, casual elegance.
