Project Spotlight: Beer Me! Checking back in at Lawless Brewing Company

It’s been a while since we’ve checked in on our first microbrewery project Lawless Brewing Company in North Hollywood California… The boss man recently had some craft beer and a food truck dinner while discussing the opportunity to expand the outdoor “dining” area for patrons with Los Angeles’ Al Fresco program. This program began during COVID-19 and is now PERMANENT allowing restaurants to permit outdoor dining spaces on the street, the sidewalk, and on private property.

Check out the dedicated LA Alfresco Website & Guide:

Lawless Brewery is Hopping! (Pun intended…)

Photos from the visit, show that the extra dining space would definitely be beneficial!

The current outdoor dining space currently seats only around 24 people. By using some of the existing parking lot area, we can add 64 more outdoor dining seats!

Another perk of the LA Al Fresco program is the Fast Track permitting option! This digital submittal was easy peasy with only a few drawings required and hopefully, the Beer Garden will be a permanent outdoor space to eat and drink soon!

Come on NoHo residents… let’s get our beer on!
