Project Spotlight: Claremont Club Family Locker Room Nearing Completion

We’re in the home stretch!

This past week, our team visited the Claremont Club Family Locker Room renovation to check in on construction progress—and we’re thrilled to share that the space is really taking shape. While the sounds of saws and tile cutters still echo through the halls, the finish materials are going in, and the energy is shifting from construction zone to club-ready comfort.

Finish Work in Full Swing

One of the most striking updates is the installation of Ismailia Cream limestone tile in the main vestibule areas. Sourced from Carmel Stone, this natural stone was laid in a classic French pattern, creating an elegant first impression for members entering the space.

Meanwhile, mahogany lockers by Hollman Lockers have arrived and are largely installed. Their warm, rich tone adds a timeless feel that complements the natural materials used throughout. We did note some minor damage to several locker fronts, which will be replaced to maintain the high standard of quality the Claremont Club expects.

Functional Details Coming Together

While the custom towel station and bench tops are currently awaiting slab installation, fabrication is underway. Once those pieces are in place, the towel shelving installation will follow quickly after.

Elsewhere in the space, the contractor is focused on completing:

  • Individual changing room floor tile
  • Wainscoting around the perimeter walls

These finishing touches will add both function and flair, aligning with our vision of a space that serves families while honoring the Claremont Club’s strong design identity.

Take a Sneak Peek

Almost There!

As with any renovation, especially one within an active club, we’ve had a few hiccups along the way—primarily due to fixture and finish updates made after permit approval. These changes, while adding time to the schedule, have ultimately elevated the final design and we’re confident they’ll be well worth the wait.

Club members are already peeking in to catch a glimpse, and we can’t wait to share the final reveal soon.
