18 Jul Project Spotlight: Ridge House
Work on the Ridge house continues through the hot summer days and each week, more and more of the house begins to take shape. Check out the progress below!
Slab on grade foundations are poured in place.
What’s that you ask? Well, those are survey markers for the new trail easement. If you have been following along with this project, you know that trespassing and vandalism has been a very LARGE problem! But, don’t worry about our markers, we took extra care to make sure you can’t just go and rip them out of the ground…
That looks like a nice trail!
The contractor views the property from the adjoining property. Look at those Basement Walls!
Formwork for the slabs.
Does that spot look a little high to you? Let’s do some more grading!
Underground plumbing!! Hey, where is our underground HVAC ductwork??
The steel columns are in place at the Family Room. Look at that view!
Lunch time!
View from the Great Room!
There is a method to the madness! Once the slab gets poured we should be off to the races!
Another view across the valley.
Stay tuned as progress continues. Hopefully next time we check back in framing will be in full swing and then the beacon will rise!
